The nerves are starting to kick in over the event at the weekend. Note how I am not referring to it as a race.
I've started to write a list of the things that I need for the triathlon and I never write lists.
Could someone who has done a tri or two have a look at the list below and let me know on here or via Twitter if I have forgotten anything.

ReplyDeleteBeen "stalking" you on twitter for a while as you got a similar story to mine (gave up smoking September last year and went straight into marathon training). I also got a first ever triathlon event in 2 weeks (only a baby one though - Copenhagen 4:18:4), so I'd be interested if you come back with any experience after the event for building my own prep list..
